Options to Return Items to ICS Shoes:


Exchange Policy:


We recognize the complexities of buying shoes online and are dedicated to making your experience both seamless and enjoyable.

To facilitate the exchange process, the $10.00 shipping return fee for the original shoes will be waived. However, please be aware that a new $10.00 Shipping fee will apply for the pair you wish to exchange.

Here's how to proceed:

    1. Returning the Original Shoes:

    Utilize the 'RETURNS' section on our website to generate a prepaid UPS return label for the original pair of shoes. Drop off your shoes at any facility that takes UPS Boxes.

    2. Discussing Your Exchange Request with ICS Specialist:

    Our Personal Fitting Specialists are on hand to understand your concerns with the previous order and provide expert guidance on sizing and shoe style, tailored specifically to your foot needs. Please contact ICS Shoes at (877) 553-5544 for a consultation on your exchange, to confirm inventory availability, and to provide credit card information for the new $10.00 UPS shipping fee for the exchanged pair.

    3.Processing Your Exchange Order:

    Once we confirm that the original shoes are on their way back to us via UPS, we will initiate your new order. You will then receive a confirmation and shipping update for the exchanged pair.

Return and Refund Policy:


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days from delivery for a refund, less a $10 Return Shipping Fee. Any product returned must be in NEW condition, and in their original packaging or shoe box. Items that show ANY dirt or wear will not be accepted.

Worn Items:

    Worn items with the exception of defects will not be accepted. We will either ship the item back to you or donate it.

Return Steps:

  1. If a Return Label was included with your shipment, use that label. If a Label is not found, either Print a label (above), Complete the Return Form or Contact ICS at (877) 553-5544.

  2. Re-package item exactly how you received them, including all shoe inserts / spacers. (Do NOT write or tape shoe box)

  3. Place the Packing paperwork inside the shoe box. (Contact ICS Shoes if no paperwork found with Ship to Name and the Item details)

  4. Place Shoe box inside the shipping box or any plain cardboard box

  5. Adhere the Return Label onto the outside of the shipping box. * (For proof of return, write down or take a phone photo of Tracking #)

  6. Take the sealed box to store that accepts UPS shipments

Refunds:

    We thank you in advance for your patience regarding the return process; it takes time to verify the return at the warehouse and inspect the item for re-stock condition. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your item; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Returns take approximately 5 business days for return transportation from your location to the appropriate warehouse, 5 business days to process your return, and approximately 1 to 4 business days for your bank to process our refund request. Refunds are processed on the original payment source used for your initial order.
