Needed boots carried

Having wide feet (6E width) has always proved difficult to find shoes.

A volunteer (S&R) group I belong to required black boots. I searched for years. I finally found ICS and a greats selection of shoes and uniform boots. Customer service is outstanding.

Hard to Fit

I have always been extremely hard to fit, but it was because my feet were so long and so very narrow. Recently a bunionette flared up and I ignored the fact that all my shoes hurt it terribly. I ended up with a staff infection in that area, and was told to buy wide shoes from now on. Josie, one of the advisors at ICS has been a tremendous help to me in choosing shoes to order. She has advised me that certain shoes I had picked out would not work, others would, and she has been right! I still need extra inserts to take up some of the excess space in the shoes, but thanks to her guidance, I now own 4 pair of comfortable shoes. My only additional wish is that one ofthe companies would make a more "dressy" flat with the roomy toe space that would look better with skirts and dresses. Thanks to Josie and to ICS!!!

Finally, a Fit

At last, a pair of shoes that fit my hubby's super wide, short feet after returning at least seven other "extra-wide"pairs of shoes from various stores and vendors. Kudos to the rep who helped me find the best size for him.

Finally! A source where I can buy wider shoes!

After going to numerous stores and scrolling through dozens of websites in search for a 4E workbook, I stumbled across ICS shoes and placed and order. My work boots shipped super fast and the boots fit perfectly as expected. This is the only website I know of where I can find fashionable wider width shoes. I will certainly be placing more orders in the near future as the only other alternative for me is to get custom made shoes that cost 2500+ and several weeks to get made. I’m thankful for a lower cost alternative to wider shoe options. Thank you ICS Shoes!

Extra, extra, extra wide shoes

I dread looking for shoes. This last time I did a Google search I found ICS Shoes. The size selection for very, very, very wide shoes was a pleasant surprise. I expected to be limited to maybe 4 or 5 choices, but found a lot more.

The directions for determining size was precise.

I did decide to return a pair. The woman who answered my phone call was charming. I received my credit promptly. The next time I need shoes I will purchase them from ICS.

Substantial

At 80 years of age, I am still working full time as an agricultural salesman. After two knee surgeries and one very involved foot surgery, I have to treat my 4E feet very carefully. The latest purchase proved to be as excellent as all the ones prior.

My Rockports are very substantial and not suprisingly very comfortable.

Customer Service Review

I bought a pair of leather shoes to fit my hard to fit feet; Size 11 6E. They lasted for only a few months with normal farm use and then the soless delaminated from the uppers. My local shoe repair store said that, because of their poor construction, they could not be repaired.

I talked with Josie in customer Service and she refunded my money completely, which I put toward a pair of shoes that I had bought in the past from ICS and that worked well. Not leather but very serviceable.

This is an example of OUTSTANDING customer service!! Kudos to Josie and ICS shoes.

Shoes that fit my gunboats feet

Finally I found a site that sells 9E widths. For years I wore 6E and they were tight. But ICS has changed my life. I bought three pairs of 9E widths.

My expierience

I have feet that are a nightmare to try and fit. Imagine putting shoes on feet that look like shoe boxes! When i called, i talked to the lady and she walked me through the process. She told me how to measure and what kind of shoe to get. Even though the first pair I got didn't fit, she told me what style would. They were also patient with me. After about 10 purchases and exchanges, I finally found some that will work.

If you have weird feet like I do, give them a call and explain your issue.

I had tried to solve my foot problem by ordering a couple different shoes. I finally presented my problem to one of the customer service gals and she understood and was able to suggest a correct shoe and size to solve the mystery of ordering.

Help has arrived!

I have always had problems finding shoes because my feet were so long and so very narrow. Recently I have developed a large bunion on the outside of my left foot and after a serious infection in it, learned that I could no longer wear any of my large supply of shoes. Josie, one of the counselors at ICSShoes was sent from heaven, I'm sure! She has spent long periods of time on the phone with me, suggesting shoes that might work for me. Because of her help, I have finally learned that I need to buy wide shoes to accomodate that bunion, but also that leather uppers irritate it. She has guided me to softer, stretchier shoes that are actually comfortable for me to wear all day! Thanks to ICS Shoes and your advisors like Josie!!!

Shoes are Comfortable on my Problem Feet

I bought hiking shoes since my normal brand no longer offers WW as an option. These shoes give plenty of space in the toe box, which is a struggle for me with wide feet and bunions. I had to return the first pair and get a full size smaller. Normally I wear a 7 1/2, but with these I needed a 6 1/2. They provide great support, and no painful pressure.

Great Looking Shoes

Yes, I know, all shoes look great, right? But how do they feel is the bigger question. They feel like old shoes, but they are not. Very comfortable, and the width is perfect.

Easy to order online, and I assume the return policy is not an issue.

I could not believe how fast they gathered the shoes to ship; I received them in three days! It looks like we found a new shoe store to shop online.
