Learning to buy shoes on-line for a newly acquired brace has been a challenge. My size has won the 'out of stock' award. But when I found ICS Shoes I got two pair that fit thanks to their customer service department listening to what I needed in function (farmer) and brace fit. Returns were handled easily too.

Several months ago I was hit with Guillain Barre Syndrome, A neurological disorder that leaves one temporarily paralyzed. It came out of nowhere and brought my life to a screeching halt.. After six weeks in hospitals I went home to recover and slowly get my life back together. Walking was very difficult with very little balance. I had only one pair of shoes that would even fit on my slightly swollen feet. Then I received ICS shoes, And they were a game changer. They gave me an amazing amount of support around my foot and balance I needed it to not stumble as I was learning to walk again. Tripping and falling could have set me back from an added injury.They were the shoes that I lived in every day as I practiced walking. I am so grateful to have had these shoes To literally get me back on my feet.

A close friend of mine ask if I would order him a pair of boots that were a 5EE or 6EE and have shipped to him. He does not have a computer. I did and the pair that I bought did not fit him right and he needed a different size. I called ICS and was advised of the steps to take to return and exchange the first pair for another size. I received outstanding service and so enjoyed the experience!!

When purchasing shoes online at ICS’s website I was having some trouble buying two pair of the same shoes at once. So I called the direct number and spoke with an incredibly professional,polite,and very helpful woman who not only figured out my issue on the website but walked me thru it explaining in very simple terms what the problem was. She patiently worked with me resolved the issue and kept great contact with me via a phone call and emails till my shoes arrived. This was not my first time buying from ICS and with the awsome customer service and great products they offer it definitely will not be the last.

I thoroughly enjoyed the service I received from the representative that ICS shoes. I have purchased two pair, and the representatives that I dealt with went way beyond what was normal for this type of service!

I have purchased two pairs of extra, extra wide shoes for ICS in recent months. Since venturing into the 8E territory and not being able to find a local shoe store that could assist me, I turned to the internet and found ICS. Then I telephoned multiple times until I was satisfied with the answers I received. Both ladies, whose names I cannot remember, were most pleasant, helpful, and reassuring. I took the advice both of them gave me. As a result, both my winter and summer shoes fit well. They are comfortable, light, and with low heels which are a must for me with my balance problem.

I will definitely order shoes from ICS in the future, as much as being able to talk with either of the ladies as for the shoes. They are great ambassadors for ICS.

All of my purchases that were made through the customer service was handled great and with ease. Even my online purchases were completed with ease and everything I ordered was delivered on time.

I was able to fine the shoes I was looking for. Even after I was told by my orthopedic place that orders my shoes were discontinued. I am so happy that I was able to get the shoes that I love to wear they make my feet feel so comfortable very happy and I will be doing my business. It was speedy impromptu service couldn’t ask for anything better.

I discovered ICS shoes just about 3 years ago after having foot surgery. What a "find"! I have struggled my entire life to find shoes that fit me properly. I wear a very large shoe for a female and in addition to that, I inhereited foot problems from my mother. With such big feet, finding stylish shoes was very difficult, but I was determined to look like my peers, so I wore shoes that did not fit right and ended up with hammer toes and bunions.

When a podiatrist suggested I contact ICS, I assumed it would be another, "Sorry, we can't fit you." BUT I was fortunate enough to be connected with a counselor named "Josie". She not only answered my questions, but she took me to multiple specific shoes and told me how that shoe might suit my foot. She also advised me that one or two I had picked would not work for me and she explained why.



Shipping and the return process take some time, but are problem free. My only complaint, and it is not ICS, but the manufacturers, ...I sincerely wish they could come up with a few dressy looking flats for people like me. I try to dress up for church at least 3 times a week, and the only shoes that are even lightly dressy are "Mary Jane's" and a size 11 or 12 in a Mary Jane is not very dressy.

As a young girl, my father used to tell me, "Annie, you'd be a big girl if half of you wasn't turned under." He always said it with that gleam of humor in his eyes.

I had to exchange my first pair, I ordered the wrong size and they made it easy. I don't have a printer so they mailed me the return label. My new pair of shoes were perfect. Love the quality and the fit.

Ordered Apis Mt. Emey 9212 Women's sandal, size 8.0 5E, in taupe. It was too snug. Returned for size 8.5 5E, but one shoe was defective. Returned for replacement, which fits perfectly. No shipping charge for returns. Love the sandal: I have bunions & hammertoes & very wide feet, and need closed toe shoes with extra depth and width but wanted something that looks summery. Note: I wear size 8.0 XW (4-5E) in Drew shoes, and the Apis shoes seem to run a bit smaller. (Tennis shoes in all brands always seem to run a bit smaller - I wear an 8.5 in Drew tennis shoes.)

My feet have been very comfortable with support and width in my second pair of ICS shoes. Thank you🤗

What I treasured most about my ICS experience was the extent to which both of the representatives that I dealt with, went to help me with my problem. I have an extremely wide left foot due to a bunion. I purchased a hiking shoe and a court shoe and both have worked out satisfactorily, thanks to the efforts of my representatives!

I was tired of trying and hoping that New Balance would have my size and width in stock. I started looking for 6E wide shoes online and found ICS. When I saw the price, I was amazed. I figured, "What's the harm in trying them out?" I actually purchased two pairs, and man, it paid off. They look better, feel better, and cost less. I have my eye on another pair that I want as well.
