Men’s 10 Double Wide was perfect fit in these shoes— I am a woman with wide feet to start with, and after a stroke left my right side paralyzed, I needed to learn how to walk again—my OT and PT ordered a custom leg brace to stabilize my right leg and ankle—my husband looked in the special shoe store for extra wide / orthopedic shoes— after a few back and forth trips to the shoe store with my foot brace, my husband purchased these in a size 5 E 10 originally— unluckily for me, I had worn out the original pair and was unable to find them again— this site had them in a size 10 3E — not quite as wide— I am so pleased that I actually tried them on when they arrived—they are perfect
