Wellness Starts Within
My name is Neal Lebar, and at 71 years old, I currently have the privilege of serving as the President of the
ICS Wellness Center .
My journey to this point has been fueled by a lifetime of vigorous activity and overcoming significant physical challenges, which ultimately inspired the foundation of our Wellness Center.
My Active Lifestyle
From a young age, I've embraced an active lifestyle, engaging in a variety of sports and activities including tennis, yoga, weight lifting, running, biking, hiking, and kayaking. I pursued each with passion, which, while fulfilling, also led to a multitude of injuries affecting my feet, knees, back, hips, shoulders, and neck. The pain was a constant companion, so severe at times that it overshadowed the joys of my activities. For years, I found myself frequently visiting my chiropractor, searching for relief.
The turning point came when I turned 50. Despite being in what many would consider "good shape," the pain I experienced with each step was unbearable. It was then that my best friend, who also happened to be my chiropractor, recommended seeing a physical therapist. This suggestion changed everything. Within a few months of starting physical therapy, I was astounded to find that my pain had vanished, allowing me to gradually return to the activities I loved.
Moreover, after raising three children, I had accumulated about 30 extra pounds that I needed to shed. Over the next two decades, I not only lost this weight but also transformed my lifestyle completely and permanently. One of my few regrets is not starting physical therapy sooner, as it could have spared me years of needless suffering.

Motivated by my experiences and the profound impact of proper physical care, I was driven to establish the ICS Wellness Center .
My goal is to demonstrate to others that it is indeed possible to live a healthier life, free from pain, and to achieve physical fitness and strength naturally, without resorting to drugs or surgery.

I am a testament to the benefits of the programs we offer. Now, at 71, I can confidently say I am in better shape than I was at 30. My tennis game has improved, I cycle faster, my endurance surpasses my younger years, and best of all, I am pain-free.
